From September 10–12, 2025, the Miami Beach Convention Center will host the 29th Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference (AF&B), the premier B2B platform connecting global food brands with international buyers across the Western Hemisphere. Organized by the World Trade Center Miami, this year’s event features 18 international pavilions and hundreds of companies seeking to expand their global footprint.

Among the standout delegations are Turkey and South Korea, both bringing innovation and tradition to one of the most dynamic food markets in the world.

Turkey: Showcasing Tradition and Modern Trends

The Turkish Pavilion, coordinated by the Istanbul Exporters’ Association (İİB) and its subdivision IHBIR under Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade, represents one of the largest delegations at AF&B 2025.

Atahan Alansu, Export Manager of Nakal Taşımacılık Gıda, noted:
“We are excited to showcase our range of products to buyers from South America, the Islands, and beyond. From glucose-free Turkish Delight to dried fruit gift baskets, we believe our portfolio has strong potential in the U.S. market.”

Similarly, GESAS General Food Inc. sees AF&B as a strategic opportunity. Muharrem Akkalp, Export Manager, emphasized:
“The Americas Food & Beverage Show allows us to present our brand to one of the world’s most diverse food markets. We aim to build partnerships with distributors and importers, secure long-term collaborations with retailers, and explore private label opportunities.”

South Korea: K-Food on the Global Stage

Led by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), South Korea is participating for the first time with a pavilion dedicated to K-Food innovations.

Arin Kim, Manager of KITA’s Global Marketing Group, explained:
“The AF&B Show is one of the most influential B2B exhibitions in the Americas. With the growing global demand for K-Food and the rise of Hallyu, Miami offers the perfect hub for targeting both the U.S. and Latin American markets.”

Exhibitors will present a wide range of products including ramen, snacks, tteokbokki, kimchi, fruit-flavored soju, and traditional beverages. Companies like OKF Corporation, delivering beverages to over 180 countries, and Tulip International, with its flagship brand T’best distributed in more than 80 markets, highlight the global strength of Korean food innovation.

A Truly Global Marketplace

Beyond Turkey and South Korea, AF&B 2025 will feature national pavilions from Spain (Country of Honor), Japan, Brazil, and others, totaling 18 delegations. Thousands of products will be showcased, reinforcing the event’s position as the most international food and beverage trade show in the Western Hemisphere.

Organized by the World Trade Center Miami, founded in 1991, the Americas Food & Beverage Show continues to promote international trade and economic growth in Florida and the Americas through global business connections.
