The truth is that behind the quiet, something beautiful has been happening: we’ve been redefining who we are, what we do, and how we want to connect with you.
This pause was not a retreat but a realignment. Fat to Fit has always been more than a magazine; it’s been a space for ideas that inspire change. Now, that vision expands. As editor, I’ve been nurturing new projects that go beyond the world of health and nutrition. Among them, a collection of children’s stories—magical, emotional, and meaningful—that remind us of the power of imagination and the importance of growing healthy inside and out.
Meanwhile, Vida Zest, our sister brand, is also entering a new chapter. After years of crafting sugar-free, gluten-free, low-carb creations that prove healthy can be delicious, we are expanding our presence in Florida—and very soon, opening a physical location that will embody our philosophy: eat consciously, live joyfully, and create community.
This moment feels like planting new seeds in fertile soil. Each project—whether a magazine, a storybook, or a bite of our desserts—shares the same essence: authenticity. It’s not about doing more, but about doing better, with purpose and with heart.
